<strong>Group Management Accountant</strong>, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of multiple companies under Syncoms Group, ensuring financial accuracy, reporting integrity, reconciliation control, cash flow visibility, and operational support across the business.<br><br>You will work closely with the CEO and London Head Office to ensure smooth financial operations, accurate management reporting, and strong accounting controls throughout the organisation.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Management Accounting & Financial Reporting:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for Group management and Head Office. </li><li> Produce:</li><ul><li> Profit & Loss reports.</li><li> Balance Sheet schedules.</li><li> Cash flow reports.</li><li> Variance analysis.</li><li> Financial performance summaries.</li></ul><li> Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. </li><li> Assist senior management with financial analysis and operational reporting. <br></li></ul><strong>Reconciliation & Ledger Management<br><br></strong><ul><li> Perform and maintain:</li><ul><li> Bank reconciliations.</li><li> General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.</li><li> Supplier statement reconciliations.</li><li> Customer account reconciliations.</li><li> Intercompany reconciliations.</li><li> Balance sheet reconciliations.</li></ul><li> Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unreconciled transactions, and ledger variances. </li><li> Ensure accounting records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times. <br></li></ul><strong>Accounts Payable & Receivable Control<br><br></strong><ul><li> Maintain accurate records of:</li><ul><li> Vendor invoices.</li><li> Supplier payments.</li><li> Customer receipts.</li><li> Payroll transactions.</li><li> Operational expenses.</li><li> Petty cash.</li></ul><li> Monitor debtor and creditor ageing reports. </li><li> Ensure all suppliers, employees, and operational commitments are paid accurately and on time. </li><li> Support credit control and receivables monitoring. <br></li></ul><strong>Operational Finance Management<br><br></strong><ul><li> Monitor day-to-day cash flow activities and provide visibility to management. </li><li> Coordinate payment runs and ensure smooth movement of funds across business operations. </li><li> Maintain communication with Head Office regarding financial movements, payroll, and operational spending. </li><li> Support internal financial controls and operational compliance procedures. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Banking & Stakeholder Coordination<br><br></strong><ul><li> Liaise with local and international banking institutions regarding account operations and financial transactions. </li><li> Support banking documentation and transaction management. </li><li> Work directly with the CEO and senior management on operational finance matters and reporting requirements. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Liaise with UAE regulatory authorities, including:</li><ul><li> Federal Tax Authority (FTA).</li><li> VAT compliance departments.</li><li> Corporate tax authorities.</li></ul><li> Assist with VAT returns, financial compliance, and statutory reporting requirements. </li><li> Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and internal governance standards. <br></li></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><strong>Candidate Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Minimum 4–5 years of experience in:</li><ul><li> Management Accounting.</li><li> Financial Accounting.</li><li> Financial Reporting.</li><li> Reconciliation & Ledger Management.</li><li> Operational Finance.</li><li> Cash Flow Monitoring.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Technical Skills<br><br></strong><strong>Strong practical knowledge of:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Management accounts preparation.</li><li> General Ledger (GL) accounting.</li><li> Bank reconciliation procedures.</li><li> AP & AR processes.</li><li> Financial reporting and month-end close.</li><li> Sage Accounting Software.</li><li> Sage 50 / Sage Business Cloud.</li><li> Modern ERP/accounting systems.</li><li> Advanced Microsoft Excel.</li><li> UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
