Job Purpose To lead the technical operation, reliability and continuous improvement of the MarTech ecosystem by owning tracking, data flows, platform integrations and implementation quality across web, app and customer engagement channels. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with delivery ownership, proactively identifying and resolving issues before vendor escalation wherever possible. It ensures MarTech data can be trusted and used to improve customer targeting, campaign performance, measurement and monetisation. Job Description: The Manager – MarTech will own the operational and technical health of the MarTech ecosystem, including GA4, GTM, Firebase, Bloomreach Engagement, Branch, product feeds, SDKs, APIs and supporting integrations. Working across Engineering, Product, Analytics and Marketing, the role will ensure solutions are technically sound, implemented correctly and delivered at pace. The successful candidate will challenge designs and timelines, unblock dependencies and investigate issues directly rather than acting only as a coordinator. Key Responsibilities Own tracking and tagging frameworks across web, app and server-side environments. Own Bloomreach Engagement and supporting customer-data integrations. Review code, SDKs, APIs, data layers and network requests to identify root causes. Resolve tracking, attribution, data-quality and integration issues before escalation. Partner with Engineering to deliver SDK upgrades and new MarTech capabilities. Establish monitoring before issues affect reporting, campaigns or journeys. Manage product feeds, catalog integrations and paid-media data flows. Define event schemas, technical standards and data-governance requirements. Validate releases, manage vendors and lead root-cause analysis. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Job Experience 5–7+ years of experience in MarTech, digital analytics, technical product management or digital engineering. Proven experience working with Engineering teams on tracking, SDKs, APIs and integrations. Experience within enterprise ecommerce, retail or high-volume digital environments. Demonstrable experience investigating production issues and identifying technical root causes. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (web and server-side) and Firebase. Bloomreach Engagement or a comparable customer engagement platform. Tracking implementation, event schemas, data layers and tagging frameworks. Use of Chrome DevTools, Postman, Charles Proxy or similar debugging tools. Understanding of mobile SDKs, attribution, identity and consent management. Experience with product feeds, catalogs and paid-media
