The Mulesoft Administrator will manage, configure, and maintain Mulesoft environments, ensuring reliable integration between enterprise systems and APIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring performance, troubleshooting integration issues, managing deployments, and applying patches and updates to Mulesoft components. The role will involve collaborating with architects, developers, and security teams to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and support mission-critical integration solutions in federal and enterprise environments. The Mulesoft Administrator will also help document configurations, maintain governance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Experience administering Mulesoft platforms, including configuration, deployment, and environment management (CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager).</li><li>Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP APIs, and integration patterns across enterprise and cloud systems.</li><li>Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools for Mulesoft and related integration technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance in regulated or federal environments.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment practices for integration solutions.</li><li>Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers, architects, and product leads on integration projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Previous experience in federal or large enterprise technology environments is preferred.</li><li>Mulesoft certifications (e.g., Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect or Administrator) are a strong plus.</li></ul>
