Role Description

The Client Acquisition Partner is to support NLS with business development, luxury outreach, and qualified lead generation. This is a remote, commission-based role suited for someone confident in high-ticket conversations, premium client communication, and relationship-led sales.

The role may be part-time or full-time depending on availability, performance, and mutual alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified luxury hospitality and experience-led business prospects
  • Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and approved channels
  • Introduce NLS clearly, professionally, and in line with the brand tone
  • Qualify prospects and support the booking of Brand Alignment Calls
  • Handle objections professionally \& guide qualified prospects toward a partnership.
  • Maintain organized follow-up records and update the prospect tracker
  • Represent NLS with discretion, polish, and a premium communication standard

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or high-ticket outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident speaking with founders, owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Interest in luxury, hospitality, guest experience, wellness, lifestyle, or consulting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Able to communicate with professionalism, discretion, and brand sensitivity
