The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, SLA-driven operations team that supports business-critical systems and services. You will leverage Elastic Stack and advanced monitoring tools to identify performance issues, analyze logs, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution activities with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to modern observability platforms, hybrid cloud technologies, and large-scale infrastructure environments while contributing to service reliability and operational efficiency.
