Office Assistant - Administrative Support in Al-Khor, Qatar

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Office Assistant to provide administrative support in our office located in Al-Khor Qatar As an English speaking job we welcome applicants from all nationalities as long as they meet the requirement of fluency in English

Salary for this position starts at 1200$ per month and may increase based on performance and experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for employees
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry photocopying filing etc
  • Help with preparing reports presentations and other documents as needed

Requirements

  • Fluency in English verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
