Location: Vancouver BC
Salary: $46000$52000
Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime required)

Our client a well-established downtown Vancouver law firm is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Office Services Clerk / Reception Relief to join its collaborative administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining facilities support reception coverage hospitality and general office services in a professional legal environment.

The successful candidate will be organized proactive and take pride in ensuring the office operates efficiently while providing exceptional internal and external client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office printers copiers scanners and other office equipment coordinating service and supply requests as needed.
  • Stock and organize copy rooms supply areas and office stationery inventory.
  • Assist with office maintenance repairs workstation moves and facilities projects.
  • Support reception during scheduled coverage periods by greeting clients answering phones managing meeting rooms and directing inquiries.
  • Coordinate boardroom setup catering hospitality services and meeting room preparation.
  • Maintain kitchen wellness room and common areas to ensure they remain clean stocked and professional.
  • Assist with onboarding and departures including workstation setup and office supply requests.
  • Provide courier desk coverage and assist with printing document production and general administrative requests.
  • Support special office events projects and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office services reception facilities hospitality or administrative support preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic office equipment and coordinating service providers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
  • Professional dependable and willing to assist wherever needed.
