About Habitat Academy
At Habitat Academy, we specialize exclusively in 1-on-1 life skills coaching and mentorship for kids and teens. We are expanding our team on Outschool and looking for dedicated, independent educators who love helping students build confidence, critical thinking, and independence!

The Role & Schedule Flexibility

1-on-1 Mentorship: Teach personalized, high-impact life skills sessions.

Set Your Own Availability: Any availability is welcome! You control your calendar and choose the hours you want to offer.

Schedule Commitment (The Important Part): Because our students thrive on consistency and build deep rapport with their mentors, we don’t use substitutes unless a parent explicitly requests/agrees to it. We need educators who can firmly commit to their schedule once a family books a slot.

What We Need From You:

Qualifications: To meet our organization's status requirements, all teachers must have a university/college degree and/or a valid teaching certificate.

Self-Learner Mindset: You are comfortable independently managing your Outschool portal and preparing for booked sessions.

Growth: Willing to sign up for Florida's Step Up and other funding programs.

Payment: Convenient, reliable digital payouts processed directly through PayPal.

How to Apply:
If you're ready to inspire students and design your own teaching hours, please send your resume and a link to your Outschool profile (if you have one) to: habitatacademy1@gmail.com
