The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor / Supply Chain Lead / Storekeeper to oversee daily operations, coordinate supply chain activities, and manage warehouse inventory. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

You will work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management, seamless material flow, and continuous process improvement while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, warehouse activities, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, operational KPIs, and supply chain performance while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and cross-functional departments to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, operational documentation, warehouse reports, and compliance procedures.
  • Conduct inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and warehouse inspections to maintain operational standards.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to improve productivity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational analyses, inventory reports, and performance recommendations for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and support warehouse and operations teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in operations, warehouse management, supply chain, inventory control, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures, stock control, warehouse optimization, and operational best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory reporting, logistics software, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in preparing operational reports, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively in a fully remote work environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize operations, improve supply chain performance, and lead high-performing teams.
