#Jumbo-Force is hiring Operations Team Leaders (6 vacancies) to oversee warehouse and mega store operations across the UAE . This role is ideal for experienced professionals in logistics, retail, or e-commerce operations who can manage teams, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high operational standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising shift operations, managing workforce allocation, ensuring inventory accuracy, and handling daily operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Operations Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise mega store operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards
- Manage shift planning, workforce allocation, and attendance
- Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Ensure hygiene, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/retail
- 6 months–1 year supervisory or team leader experience
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or quick commerce preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure environments
Job Details: - Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000
- Gender: Male only
- Nationalities: India, Nepal, Africa, Egypt, Sri Lanka
- Location: UAE (open relocation)
- Shift: 8 hours + 1 hour break
- Working days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
- Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, air ticket every 2 years
