Part-Time HR Trainer – CHRM & CHRP

Edoxi Training Center is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Part-Time HR Trainer to deliver CHRM (Certified Human Resources Manager) and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) training programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Human Resources, excellent training and facilitation skills, and in-depth knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and industry-relevant sessions to HR professionals and aspiring HR practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive CHRM and CHRP training programs.
  • Develop and deliver structured, engaging, and practical training sessions.
  • Explain HR concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and practical scenarios.
  • Cover key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and talent management.
  • Provide practical guidance on Qatar Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Keep training content aligned with current Qatar labour regulations and workplace practices.
  • Assess participant understanding through discussions, activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants.
  • Maintain a professional and interactive learning environment.
  • Support participants with exam preparation and certification-related guidance where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience as an HR Trainer, Facilitator, HR Consultant, or HR Professional.
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
  • Experience delivering CHRM and/or CHRP training is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex HR and legal concepts for learners.
  • Experience training working professionals is an advantage.
  • Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications such as CHRM, CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in HR roles within Qatar or the GCC.

Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per hour
