Planning Engineers – Senior(Construction)

large-scale development projects across international markets.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking Senior Planning Engineers to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls for large-scale building, infrastructure, and construction projects.</p><p><br></p><p>These roles are suited to planning professionals with strong Primavera P6 expertise and hands-on experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, reporting, and schedule control.</p><p><br></p><p>The Planning Engineers will work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with approved schedules, milestones, and delivery objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>We are also expanding across engineering, planning, HSE, QA/QC, drafting, commercial, procurement, and site supervision functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Summary</p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Planning Engineers will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>The roles will involve preparing programmes, tracking planned vs. actual progress, identifying delays and deviations, supporting recovery strategies, and preparing project controls reports and planning documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.</p><p><br></p><p>* Prepare and maintain baseline, recovery, revised, and detailed project programmes in line with project requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>* Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks.</p><p><br></p><p>* Collect and validate progress information from site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>* Prepare and maintain S-curves, progress reports, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, and other project planning reports.</p><p><br></p><p>* Support resource loading and cost loading within project schedules.</p><p><br></p><p>* Review BOQs, quantities, resources, productivity, and work progress to support effective project planning and monitoring.</p><p><br></p><p>* Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding programme requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>* Monitor project milestones, critical activities, interfaces, and key deliverables to support timely project completion.</p><p><br></p><p>* Identify potential delays and schedule risks and support the development of corrective and recovery measures.</p><p><br></p><p>* Assist with delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) documentation, and schedule impact assessments.</p><p><br></p><p>* Prepare weekly and monthly planning updates, dashboards, progress presentations, and management reports.</p><p><br></p><p>* Support productivity monitoring and compare planned resources and progress against actual site performance.</p><p><br></p><p>* Maintain accurate planning records, programme updates, progress data, and project controls documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>* Senior Planning Engineers will review overall planning activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and provide guidance and technical support to junior planners.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>Senior Planning Engineer</p><p><br></p><p>* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</p><p><br></p><p>* Minimum 15+ years of relevant construction planning experience.</p><p><br></p><p>* Strong and proven proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.</p><p><br></p><p>* Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining baseline, recovery, and revised programmes.</p><p><br></p><p>* Strong experience in progress monitoring, schedule updating, resource planning, and project controls.</p><p><br></p><p>* Experience preparing S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and planning dashboards.</p><p><br></p><p>* Experience in delay analysis, schedule impact assessment, and EOT documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>* Knowledge of BOQ review, resource loading, cost loading, and productivity monitoring.</p><p><br></p><p>* Experience coordinating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>* Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or major
