Production Supervisor- Steel Fabrication Industry
strong About the Role strong Comtech Steel Industries is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the steel fabrication industry with knowledge of structural steel manufacturing CNC operations fabrication processes and workshop supervision strong Key Responsibilities strong Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets Manage production teams including fabricators welders fitters helpers and CNC operators Oversee CNC cutting bending drilling welding and fabrication processes Review and interpret engineering drawings fabrication drawings and AutoCAD files Coordinate with Engineering QA QC and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow Monitor product quality material usage and reduce wastage and rework Prepare production reports and monitor progress Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE standards Train and guide production teams to improve productivity and workmanship Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, including supervisory experience. Mandatory experience in a steel manufacturing/fabrication factory. Experience managing CNC operators and fabrication machinery. Practical AutoCAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, drilling, and steel assembly processes.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Experience
