Project Document Controller / EDMS Information Specialist

Multiple leading engineering consultancies, tier-1 main contractors, and premier real estate developers across Dubai are actively seeking highly methodical and compliance-driven Project Document Controllers. Successful candidates will assume absolute responsibility for the integrity, organization, and secure distribution of complex technical project data, managing the complete lifecycle of drawings, engineering RFIs, material submittals, and contractual transmittals across enterprise networks.Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or a highly technical Diploma in Information Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates must possess 2 to 5 years of documented experience executing professional document control protocols specifically within high-volume construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors in the UAE or wider GCC region. Absolute expert-level competency in utilizing premium Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)—specifically Oracle Aconex, Procore, or Asite—is strictly mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate an advanced understanding of QA/QC administrative processes, Master Document Register (MDR) structures, and international archiving standards. Exceptional organizational focus, tight data accuracy, and complete written and spoken English fluency are required.Physical & Security Criteria: The position requires high psychological resilience and focus to manage thousands of incoming data files under aggressive construction project timelines while maintaining absolute procedural compliance.
