Project Manager – Operations & Project Supervision

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong operational experience to lead project execution while overseeing the operational and administrative activities supporting the organization’s projects and day-to-day workflow.

The successful candidate will take ownership of project planning, execution, coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery, while also managing the related operational, administrative, and organizational responsibilities required to maintain efficient workflows and support business objectives.

This is a hands-on role for a professional who can manage projects independently, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, work effectively with clients and external stakeholders, resolve project and operational challenges, and ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, priorities, resources, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of project deliverables and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
  • Prepare project progress reports, management updates, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure proper project records, approvals, correspondence, and documentation are maintained.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee operational and administrative activities related to projects and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and effective coordination between departments.
  • Coordinate team priorities, resources, and workloads to support business and project requirements.
  • Follow up on internal processes, approvals, documentation, procurement, and other operational requirements.
  • Support management with operational planning, reporting, coordination, and decision-making.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on internal actions and operational requirements.
  • Maintain organized operational and project documentation.
  • Ensure internal procedures and standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Architecture, Civil Engineering, Consulting, or related industry.
  • Strong operations experience alongside project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong experience in project execution, team coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Solid understanding of project workflows, construction processes, and industry practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage project, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent follow-up, decision-making, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience within the same industry/field is required.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
