Real Estate Partner – Referral

Company Overview & Role Summary At Twins Interior Design, we specialize in high-end interior design and full fit-out execution. We are expanding our business ecosystem by launching a Strategic Referral Partnership Program dedicated to ambitious real estate agents and brokers. This role is designed as a flexible, high-yield partnership. As a Strategic Partner, you will leverage your existing real estate operations by referring clients who require interior design, renovation, or fit-out services post-property purchase or lease. Success in this position means creating a seamless referral stream that turns property deals into additional revenue through highly rewarding commissions, while elevating the value provided to your clients. Responsibilities Identify & Refer: Identify residential or commercial clients who need professional interior design or fit-out services following property transactions. Connect & Facilitate: Introduce clients to the [Twins Interior Design] team for consultation and project assessment. Maintain Relationships: Act as the trusted bridge between the client and our design team during the initial discussion phase to ensure smooth handoff. Collaborate: Communicate periodically with our Partnership Team to align on ongoing referrals and market opportunities. Qualifications Experience: Active experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Broker, or Property Consultant (Residential or Commercial). Network: Strong current portfolio of real estate clients and property buyers/tenants. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build trust and present collaborative solutions. Market Knowledge: Good understanding of client timelines and needs during and after property acquisitions. Compensation, Benefits & Perks Commission Range: Highly competitive commission structure ranging from 3% to 7% of the total signed contract value per project (potential earnings vary by project scale, typically ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 30,000+ per successful conversion). Co-Branded Marketing Support: Access to high-quality digital portfolios, brochures, and design presentations to showcase to your clients. Hiring & Onboarding Process Application / Initial Outreach: Submit your profile or express your interest via LinkedIn. Introductory Call (15–20 Mins): A brief conversation with our Partnerships Team to explain the commission model, project tiers, and agreement terms. Partnership Agreement: Signing a simple, transparent Referral & Commission Agreement.
