<p>Paris Paradis Restaurant is seeking an experienced Reception & Reservations Manager to lead its front-of-house reservations and guest reception operations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a luxury dining environment.</p> <p>The successful candidate will manage reservations, welcome guests professionally, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house teams. Candidates with Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of reservation management systems are encouraged to apply.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage daily reception and reservations operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li> <li>Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer service.</li> <li>Handle reservation requests, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.</li> <li>Maintain accurate booking records using reservation management systems.</li> <li>Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service operations.</li> <li>Support front-of-house activities and maintain high hospitality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a similar role within Dubai nightlife or luxury hospitality venues.</li> <li>Fluent English communication skills.</li> <li>French, Arabic, or Russian language skills are an advantage.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of reservation management systems, especially SevenRooms.</li> <li>Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations, guest relations and front-of-house management, and reservation systems and booking coordination.</li> </ul>
