Receptionist / Front Office Management | Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-site | We’re hiring a polished, highly organised Receptionist / Front Office Manager to be the face of our Dubai office. You’ll own the entire front-of-house experience and keep daily office operations running smoothly -without being asked twice. | What you’ll be doing: | • Manage the front desk -greet clients and visitors, handle visitor logs and access passes, and keep reception well-presented at all times | • Operate the company inbox ,screen, route and follow up on all calls, messages and enquiries | • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier bookings and routine correspondence (letters, memos, NOCs, announcements) | • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, pantry stock and overall workplace upkeep | • Coordinate with building management, security, cleaning, IT, maintenance and external vendors | • Manage meeting room bookings, setup and refreshments, and support scheduling for senior management | • Coordinate staff travel — flights, hotels, visas and airport transfers | • Support HR and the PRO with visa, Emirates ID and trade licence documentation, plus new-joiner onboarding | • Maintain filing systems, attendance records, leave trackers and the company asset register | • Manage petty cash, collect invoices and submit expense reports to Finance | • Assist in organising company events, client functions and interviews | • Supervise reception and support staff, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed | The qualities that matter most to us: | • Presentable and professional — you represent the brand from the first hello | • Proactive — you spot and fix problems before they escalate | • Exceptionally organised — nothing slips through the cracks | • A strong communicator — clear and courteous in person, by phone and in writing | • Discreet — you handle confidential information with complete integrity | • Calm under pressure — you multitask without losing composure or accuracy | • Culturally aware — comfortable with a diverse, multinational team and clientele | What we’re looking for on paper: | • min 2 years in reception, front office or office administration (UAE experience preferred) | • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field | • Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage | • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) | • Familiarity with UAE business practices and visa processes is an advantage | • Currently based in the UAE with a valid visa or eligible to obtain one | What we offer: | Competitive salary, | Employment visa sponsorship | Aprofessional multicultural work environment, | A clear path to grow into a wider office management role.
