About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our yoga studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mindbody, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in creating a welcoming experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage class bookings, cancellations, waitlists, memberships, and packages through Mindbody.
  • Handle check-ins and ensure the studio schedule is updated accurately.
  • Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail transactions.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer enquiries promptly.
  • Explain class schedules, memberships, packages, and studio policies to clients.
  • Monitor bookings and communicate any class changes or updates to members.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update member information in Mindbody.
  • Support membership renewals and follow up with clients when required.
  • Coordinate with yoga instructors and the studio management team regarding class schedules and client requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Support daily studio opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of receptionist/front desk experience, preferably in a yoga, fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Mindbody is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy studio environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Experience in Dubai/UAE is preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in yoga, Pilates, fitness, or wellness is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is warm, energetic, detail-oriented, and confident dealing with clients, while being comfortable managing bookings and daily front-desk operations independently.
