Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, interview, and vet candidates for roles that are not open yet
  • Segment the talent community by role, readiness, and seniority
  • Run a re-engagement cadence to keep candidates warm and interested
  • Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple verticals including customer support, executive assistance, and accounting
  • Write job postings that attract high-quality talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate bars
  • Respond to every candidate within 24 business hours
  • Use AI and automation to improve recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and maintaining a talent pool or bench before roles open
  • Experience recruiting for customer service, executive assistant, virtual receptionist, accounting, or sales operations roles
  • Experience hiring for the U.S. market or working with U.S. hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously under deadlines
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday overlapping with U.S. Central Time from a reliable home setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for remote roles in LATAM, Philippines, or Africa
  • Background in staffing agencies, BPO, RPO, or offshore staffing
  • Proficiency with Workable ATS or similar tools
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools in daily workflows
