Recruitment Coordinator – UAE National

<p>Recruitment Coordinator</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> UAE / Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Regional HR Business Partner</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an organised and proactive <strong>Recruitment Coordinator</strong> to support our global Data Center Physical Security programme across 30+ countries.</p><p><br></p><p>You will work closely with Recruiters and HR Business Partners, supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, reporting, administration and process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers, records and documentation.</li><li>Prepare recruitment meeting packs and support recruitment processes.</li><li>Follow up on offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.</li><li>Support new starter administration, including HR systems, access and equipment.</li><li>Maintain employee trackers and key HR dates.</li><li>Provide recruitment reporting and data to HR Business Partners.</li><li>Support process improvement and recruitment projects.</li><li>Build strong relationships with Recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers and local branches.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>UAE National (Emirati).</strong></li><li>3+ years' administrative experience.</li><li>Previous recruitment or HR coordination experience.</li><li>Excellent organisation and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, professional and collaborative approach.</li><li>Strong English communication skills.</li><li>Confident using <strong>Microsoft Excel and Outlook</strong>.</li><li>Experience with HR systems or recruitment platforms is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Join an international team supporting a major global data center programme and gain exposure to <strong>international recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, reporting and process improvement</strong>.</p><p>If you are organised, detail-focused and looking to develop your career in Recruitment and HR, we would love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note: This opportunity is open to UAE Nationals.</strong></p>
