About the roleJoin a leading global recruitment firm as a Recruitment Researcher Intern and support the full hiring lifecycle across multiple sectors. You will work closely with managers and directors to source, assess and present top talent for a variety of positions.Key responsibilitiesTake job briefs from managers/directors and ask targeted questions to define candidate requirements.Prepare market mappings and conduct proactive sourcing, shortlisting and screening of candidates.Conduct qualitative conversations with candidates to assess skills, knowledge and cultural fit.Create shortlists, candidate presentations and high‑level information packs.Maintain trackers and update the recruitment database with candidate progress.Coordinate interview logistics, prepare candidates for interviews and liaise with travel/accommodation teams when needed.Required profileExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.Career‑driven, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Valid residency or student visa for the UAE.Required skillsWhat we offerHands‑on experience with a FTSE 250 recruitment firm.Development of communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.Fast‑paced, supportive hybrid work environment.Potential for a permanent role based on performance.
