Regulatory Affairs Executive – Pharmaceutical

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our growing pharmaceutical team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmaceutical product New registrations and renewals with DDC, DoH/HAAD, MOHAP, and other regulatory authorities.

  • Handle new company site registrations, GCC registrations, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Manage Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, adverse event reporting, and safety compliance.

  • Handle insurance-related regulatory matters, including EBP, Daman, Thiqa, and other insurance providers.

  • Obtain, maintain, and renew DDC, DoH/HAAD, and insurance codes for pharmaceutical products.

  • Prepare and manage regulatory documentation for government and institutional sectors, including Rafed and other procurement platforms.

  • Coordinate with health authorities, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical principals to ensure timely approvals and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs.

  • Strong knowledge of DDC, DoH/HAAD, MOHAP, GCC Registration, Pharmacovigilance, and insurance coverage processes.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
