Remote Administrative Assistant – Flexible Part-Time (**must reside in Atlantic County, NJ**)

Job Summary

A-List Car Service is seeking a dependable, organized, and responsive Remote Administrative Assistant to assist with customer communication, reservations, billing follow-up, and general administrative support.

This is a unique part-time opportunity for someone looking for flexible remote supplemental work. Our call and message volume varies considerably—some days may be busy, while other days may have very little activity.

The position does not require sitting at a desk throughout the day. We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to periodically monitor communications and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule & Availability

Because A-List Car Service operates seven days a week, we are looking for someone with general availability throughout the week, including weekends.

This is not a traditional 7-day work schedule or continuous daily shift. The position is designed around flexible remote availability and responding as needs arise.

The ideal candidate will be able to periodically monitor incoming communications and generally respond to routine inquiries within approximately 30–60 minutes during daytime hours.

There is flexibility to go about your normal day while remaining accessible by phone and computer.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming customer calls, texts, and emails
  • Respond professionally to routine customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with established pricing and service information
  • Send booking links and collect reservation details
  • Enter and update reservations in Limo Anywhere
  • Follow up with prospective customers and pending inquiries
  • Review reservations for missing information
  • Assist with basic administrative and organizational tasks
  • Escalate urgent transportation issues, complaints, unusual pricing requests, or other situations requiring management

Weekly Billing & Accounts Receivable

One day per week will include basic billing follow-up:

  • Review outstanding balances
  • Send or resend invoices/payment requests
  • Follow up professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Document follow-up attempts and payment status
  • Provide management with a brief update on outstanding accounts
  • Escalate disputes, refunds, credits, and pricing questions to management

Compensation

$250 per week, paid weekly

This position is designed around flexible availability rather than continuous desk work. The actual workload varies depending on customer activity.

As the position and responsibilities grow, compensation and workload may be reviewed accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Reliable and responsive
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to learn web-based software
  • Administrative or customer-service experience preferred
  • Billing, invoicing, or accounts-receivable experience is a plus
  • Transportation, hospitality, scheduling, or reservation experience is a plus

Training will be provided on Limo Anywhere, A-List's services, established pricing, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

This position may be particularly well suited for someone who has a flexible daytime schedule, or is looking for consistent supplemental income.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of routine customer communications without needing constant supervision. Reliability, professionalism, and good judgment are extremely important.
