[Remote] Delivery Operations Billing and Reporting Support Analyst

Xerox is hiring a Delivery Operations Billing and Reporting Support Analyst to manage billing documentation and financial reporting for a multi-faceted account. The role handles customer requests and engagements, validates charges and invoices, and supports reporting and project management tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Excel work includes billing detail and financial reporting
  • Candidate will need to respond to all customer related billing and financial reporting requests on a daily basis
  • Candidate will work closely with Xerox SDM (Service Delivery Manager) for all Xerox reporting needs
  • Manage and address daily client calls and client engagements
  • Project Management task/support
  • Responsible for all billing activity and reporting data for a multi-faceted account with a large number of clients
  • Work directly with vendors to validate invoices and dollar amounts/bill accordingly
  • Work directly with customers to validate individual charges
  • Respond quickly to all customer questions
  • Work closely with account team on all aspects of billing and reporting

Skills

  • Extensive and above average to expert level skill set in Excel
  • Extensive and above average to expert level skill set in Access
  • Familiar and use functions such as “average” “sum” as well as using V lookup, pivot tables, and overall
  • Functional expertise in Excel
  • Ability to validate all charges on a monthly basis and cross-reference all items via Excel spreadsheet
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel in order to perform all functions required of account, double and triple check all items before submission and validation of final results for billing
  • Extensive Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations using account Xerox data in an easy-to-understand format
  • An understanding of reading and interpreting profit and loss statements to validate expenses and determine any errors in reporting
