[Remote] Director Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence

The Director Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence will define and execute enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize manufacturing and quality systems, deploy AI and advanced analytics, and improve quality, compliance, performance, and operational excellence across the global manufacturing network.


Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing global operations’ digital transformation strategy
  • Lead deployment of AI-driven solutions across manufacturing network
  • Lead deployment of MVDA solutions across manufacturing network
  • Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance
  • Lead global cross-functional programs and stakeholders
  • Develop scalable digital platforms and architectures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.) across all implementations
  • Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices across global sites

Skills

  • Extensive experience leading digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or operational excellence programs within complex manufacturing environments
  • Expertise in AI/ML, MVDA, advanced analytics, process control, and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and validated manufacturing processes
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company management across global organisations
  • Ability to combine deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership, driving scalable solutions and measurable operational improvements
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, supported by a strong sense of integrity and accountability
