Job Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance through live chat. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, answer product questions, and guide users toward solutions—all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
