Education Education: University degree desirable Experience One to two years of management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record. Capabilities - Proven ability to exceed sales targets - Numerical accuracy - Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to make good judgement and quick decisions - Interest in innovation and change - PC literacy, general MS Office knowledge including the use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet - Strong interpersonal, communication and (self) motivational skills Responsibilities - Ensure together with the Store Manager that the Store consistently achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service. - Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards. - Assume responsibility for accurately processing sales, exchange, refund transactions and discounts at the cash desk while ensuring the adherence to Discount Policy & Procedures. - Assist the Store Manager in the training, development and succession as well as in preparing and administering performance appraisals of the team. - Analyse customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business together with the Store Manager. - Assume responsibility for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the Store; Manage, achieve and try to exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; Oversee and manage physical inventory counts. - Assist the Store Manager in communicating, managing and executing all Marketing driven initiatives and events.
