<h3>Job Summary</h3> This is a permanent and residential position based in the NOC Head Office. A tax free salary and comprehensive benefits package with family status, educational assistance is on offer for the right candidate. <h3>Scope of work</h3> <ul> <li>To provide, operate, and maintain “best practice‟ safety and security strategies and systems for NOC General Services division.</li> <li>To provide safety and Security reporting and improvement of these safety and security systems.</li> <li>To implement Safety and Security improvement initiatives, to achieve set goals in NOC HSEQ management system.</li> <li>Monitor and managing contractor Activates to support the site/location-based specifically requirements</li> <li>Provide support for Incident Management – Emergency Response, Reporting, Classification, Investigation & Closeout Assurance.</li> <li>Work with our internal and external stakeholders and our contract partners to maintain an active contractor safety forum.</li> <li>Will Lead the safety and security guards, for the whole NOC tower, including QP offices.</li> </ul> <h3>Job Dimensions</h3> <ul> <li>Reporting directly to the GS Head of safety and security.</li> <li>Deputize the Head and Security in Liaising and Coordinating With HSEQ Department for Safety and Security aspects and requirements.</li> <li>General Services Emergency management Team member.</li> <li>Supervise a security team of 28 guards during the three shifts.</li> </ul> <h3>Profile Required</h3> <ul> <li>NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent with demonstrable recent successful, relevant experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Demonstrable excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively even during times of pressure or emergency.</li> <li>Good report writing skills.</li> <li>The ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team in Health and Safety related job requirements.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written</li> <li>Capable of working in an international and multicultural environment</li> <li>Understanding of the Incident Investigation and Learning process.</li> <li>Excellent computer skills including MS Office</li> <li>Good knowledge of electronic reporting systems.</li> <li>Degree (or direct equivalent, or relevant industry experience) in HSE and Security preferred.</li> <li>Min. 5-8 years of relevant safety and security experience preferably in high rise buildings.</li> </ul>
