We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Follow up on leads, applications, and pending customer requirements.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for the Sales Team.
  • Prepare sales reports and update daily sales activities.
  • Process student registrations and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations regarding payments and enrollments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE customer service standards.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and sales support experience.
