As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping customers discover products they'll love. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Demonstrate product knowledge confidently and share the Bath & Body Works brand story.
Support sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Replenish merchandise and maintain a well‑stocked, visually appealing sales floor.
Support visual merchandising, promotional activities, and seasonal floor set changes.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
Passion for customer service and retail.
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out store operational tasks when required.
