Sales Consultant — Fitness & Martial Arts Club

A well-established fitness and martial arts club in Al Taawun, Sharjah is hiring Sales Consultants with proven experience in the fitness and gym industry.

If you can hold a real conversation, ask good questions, understand a member’s goals and close without pressure, we want to talk to you.

Previous experience working in a gym, fitness club, martial arts club, health club or similar fitness environment is required. You should be comfortable selling memberships, personal training packages and fitness programmes.

One of these positions covers our ladies-only section and kids programmes.

THE ROLE

  • Respond to every enquiry within 5 minutes during your shift
  • Book, confirm and conduct club tours built around understanding the member — not simply selling on price
  • Close membership and personal training packages
  • Capture at least two referrals with every sale
  • Conduct daily field activity around the club, including residential towers, offices and neighbouring retail
  • Follow up with trial users within 24 hours
  • Support membership renewals and reactivations
  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients
  • Log every interaction in the CRM on the same day
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1–3 years of sales experience within the fitness or gym industry is required
  • Previous experience selling gym memberships, personal training packages or fitness programmes
  • Experience working in a gym, fitness club, martial arts club, health club or similar fitness environment
  • Strong face-to-face sales and closing skills
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Urdu, Hindi or Malayalam is a real advantage
  • Confident speaking with both male and female clients
  • Based in Sharjah or nearby
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Comfortable with daily outreach and field sales activity
  • Target-driven, energetic and confident without being pushy
