Sales Executive – Healthcare & Clinic

Shape Concept is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow our business with clinics, hospitals, aesthetic centers, plastic surgery centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners across the UAE. | The B2B Sales Executive will act as a key sales representative for the company, responsible for managing existing clinic accounts, visiting clients regularly, identifying their requirements, generating new business opportunities, and converting leads into long-term customers. | The successful candidate must develop a strong understanding of Shape Concept’s medical compression garments, post-surgical recovery products, and body contouring solutions and confidently explain, recommend, and sell the appropriate products to healthcare professionals and business clients. | Key Responsibilities | B2B Sales & Business Development | Generate B2B sales and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. | Identify and approach new clinics, hospitals, plastic surgeons, aesthetic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare businesses. | Convert prospects into active Shape Concept customers. | Develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts. | Prepare and present quotations, product proposals, offers, and commercial agreements. | Negotiate pricing, quantities, and business terms within company guidelines. | Follow up consistently until opportunities are converted into confirmed orders. | Clinic Visits & Field Sales | Plan and conduct regular visits to existing and potential clinic partners. | Meet doctors, purchasing teams, clinic managers, operations managers, nurses, therapists, and other decision-makers. | Understand each clinic’s procedures, patient volume, product requirements, preferred sizes, and purchasing patterns. | Present Shape Concept products professionally and provide samples when required. | Identify opportunities to increase product usage and order quantities. | Maintain a structured weekly clinic visit and follow-up schedule. | Existing Customer Management | Act as the main point of contact for assigned B2B customers. | Build strong, professional, long-term relationships with existing clients. | Regularly follow up regarding stock requirements, new orders, feedback, exchanges, and upcoming needs. | Reactivate inactive customers and identify opportunities to increase their purchasing frequency. | Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, meetings, requirements, quotations, orders, and follow-ups. | Ensure no existing customer is neglected and all accounts receive regular communication. | Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling | Develop excellent knowledge of the full Shape Concept product range. | Understand product applications for procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, breast surgery, body contouring, and other post-operative recovery needs. | Understand product sizing, compression levels, features, benefits, and appropriate use. | Recommend suitable products based on the clinic’s requirements. | Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Shape Concept products compared with alternative solutions. | Provide basic product training and support to clinic teams when required. | Sales Pipeline & Reporting | Maintain an organized database of existing customers, prospects, decision-makers, and opportunities. | Update customer information and sales activities regularly. | Track leads from first contact through meeting, quotation, negotiation, order, and repeat business. | Provide weekly reports covering clinic visits, new leads, quotations, confirmed orders, follow-ups, and expected sales. | Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. | Provide management with market feedback, competitor information, pricing insights, and customer requirements. | Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) | Performance will be measured based on: | Monthly B2B sales revenue | Number of new clinic/hospital accounts opened | Growth of existing customer accounts | Number of productive clinic visits | Lead-to-customer conversion rate | Repeat order rate | Customer retention and reactivation | Number and value of quotations converted into orders | Quality and consistency of customer follow-ups | Accuracy of CRM/customer database management | Candidate Requirements | Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, aesthetic industry sales, or a related field is preferred. | Strong sales and negotiation skills. | Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations. | Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. | Target-driven and comfortable being responsible for revenue generation. | Strong follow-up and account-management skills. | Ability to learn technical product information quickly. | Organized and capable of managing multiple clinic accounts simultaneously. | Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred. | English required; Arabic is a strong advantage. | UAE driving license and ability to travel between clinics is preferred.
