Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecaller – Microsoft Solutions & Licensing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecaller with 3+ years of experience in IT product sales, Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, or software services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Promote Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and other IT solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT software, cloud, or licensing sales.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, CSP, SaaS, or ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE market experience is an advantage.
