We operate across retail, e-commerce, HoReCa, wellness, corporate gifting, distribution, events and other B2B channels. The role We are looking for a commercially driven, outgoing professional to grow Happy Earth across the UAE. This is a hands-on market role combining B2B sales, account management, partnerships and brand activations. You will represent Happy Earth in the market, open new accounts, grow existing customers and develop opportunities that generate both revenue and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is confident meeting buyers, building relationships, negotiating commercial terms and managing opportunities from first contact to repeat business. You should also be comfortable working with pricing, margins, forecasts and account performance. Key channels • Supermarkets and specialty retail • Cafes, restaurants, hotels and HoReCa • E-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms • Gyms, wellness centres, clinics and lifestyle spaces • Corporate offices and gifting buyers • Distributors, wholesalers and B2B platforms • Schools, vending operators and institutional buyers • Airport lounges, airline catering and aviation hospitality • Events, exhibitions and brand collaborations Key responsibilities • Open and grow B2B accounts across the UAE, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and sampling to negotiation, onboarding and repeat orders. • Grow existing accounts through additional listings, SKUs, promotions and relationship management. • Conduct market visits and build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers. • Develop commercial partnerships with relevant brands, venues, communities, events and organisations. • Coordinate sampling, pop-ups, exhibitions, in-store promotions and brand activations. • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and performance tracking by customer, channel and SKU. • Review pricing, margins, discounts, VAT, payment and credit terms while protecting the brand’s premium positioning. • Support stock planning and coordinate with marketing, logistics, operations, inventory and accounts. • Track payments, follow up on overdue balances and provide clear weekly commercial updates. Requirements • Minimum two years of relevant UAE experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, account management or trade marketing. • Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, wellness, retail, HoReCa, hospitality, gifting, distribution or a related category. • Proven ability to open accounts, generate revenue and support activations or partnerships. • Understanding of pricing, margins, forecasting, payment terms and credit terms. • Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon. • Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, relationship-building and follow-up skills. • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Able to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving company. • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car. • Comfortable with market visits and the stated work schedule. Experience with premium, clean-label, organic, wellness or better-for-you brands will be an advantage. Who will succeed in this role?
