Section Manager (Fresh Food) - Carrefour - Majid Al Futtaim

Job Requirements Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven supervisory or managerial experience within a high-volume hypermarket, FMCG, or fast-paced grocery retail environment. Comprehensive understanding and active certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and strict adherence to UAE municipal food safety and hygiene regulations. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, train, and roster a diverse team of merchandisers and floor staff during highly demanding peak retail hours.

Responsibilities Oversee the daily commercial operations of the Fresh Food section, ensuring maximum product availability, impeccable visual merchandising, and zero out-of-stock situations. Aggressively monitor inventory levels, manage supplier deliveries, and strictly control product shrinkage/wastage to protect departmental profit margins. Resolve escalated customer complaints swiftly and professionally on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score) growth.
