EDMAC Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Arab Female Senior Architectural Design Engineer to join our team immediately.

Requirements

  • Arab female Architectural Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Architectural Consultancy in Fujairah, UAE.
  • Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings and large-scale architectural projects.
  • Excellent skills in Concept Design, Design Development, 3D Visualization, and Architectural Presentations.
  • Proven experience managing projects from Concept Design through Authority Approvals and Tender Stage.
  • Strong knowledge of Fujairah Municipality requirements, local authority regulations, submission procedures, and approval processes.
  • Excellent coordination skills with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of client requirements, project briefs, design objectives, and consultant coordination.
  • Excellent client communication, presentation, and design proposal skills.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, materials, and tender documents.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • UAE Engineering Consultancy experience is mandatory.
