<p>Sobha Furniture is seeking a highly organized <strong>Senior Executive – Facilities & Admin</strong> to take ownership of day-to-day facility operations at its Dubai site. This role suits someone who’s comfortable juggling vendors, maintenance schedules, and admin processes without letting anything slip through the cracks.</p> <p>Working within a manufacturing environment, you’ll keep the facility running smoothly — from housekeeping and preventive maintenance to compliance documentation and service contracts — while acting as the go-to person for internal teams and external providers alike.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities</li> <li>Supervising housekeeping, maintenance, waste management, and external service providers</li> <li>Coordinating office infrastructure projects, space planning, inspections, and preventive maintenance</li> <li>Maintaining facility documentation, service contracts, compliance records, and invoice processing</li> <li>Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li> <li>5–8 years of experience in facilities and administration</li> <li>Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred</li> <li>Strong vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities</li> </ul> <p>This is a full-time, senior-level opportunity in Dubai for a candidate ready to take real ownership of facilities and admin operations within a growing manufacturing business.</p>
