Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Operations

The Healthcare Operations Project Manager will manage all functions affected by projects including end users, project sponsors, and senior leadership. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, realization schedules, and status reports. This contract role is perfect for someone passionate about challenging the status quo in healthcare and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with the autonomy to build systems, processes, and teams. Working closely with the CEO, the role will be responsible for driving the company’s rocket ship growth and powering the systems that enable the company to deliver exceptional care with a best-in-class experience. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, roll out and oversee the virtual medical visits program for each region. - Create the structure, timeline, and processes - Make sure each region is performing under proper regulations for travel - Develop and execute process improvement projects based on early customer feedback - Assist in developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization - Assemble project team, assign responsibilities and tasks to participants, and determine other resource requirements - Develop, document, and ensure adherence to standardized processes and project reporting methodologies - Manage and track vendor tasks and deliverables and integrate the tasks into the overall project plan - Develop presentations appropriate for audiences such as employees, physicians, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors - Manages the development of program policies and procedures and ensures system-wide training, implementation, and monitoring - Provide the full team with visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives and day-to-day business operations - Oversee the financial management of the budget, including the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the annual operating/capital budgets, including personnel costs - Travel to Germany and United Arab Emirates as needed - Document and track project issues and risks - Complete other duties as assigned Requirements - Four or more years in program management at a healthcare company required - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, set priorities, work independently - Proven ability to develop and optimize operational processes, structures, and roles that enable efficiencies and support rapid growth - Valid driver’s license - Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other application skills - Experience with managing multiple stakeholders and both internal & external relationships - Excellent communication and written & oral presentation skills - Willing to travel up to 25% both domestic and international - Business planning skills including budget and metrics - Will need to acquire a European Union Medical Visa to travel (pass for 48 hours) - Experience in tech-enabled healthcare services is a big plus Qualities - Mission-driven - Laser focused on the continuous improvement of our organization - Must be able to develop an effective partnership with physicians and to communicate clearly with patients and all members of the staff, clients, and vendors - Highly analytical and process-oriented while being able to think holistically and strategically - Operate with curiosity, empathy, and humility - Must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while paying attention to detail - Results oriented with a bias towards action and data-driven decision making - Self-directed and thrive in an early-stage startup where efficiency is very important
