Senior Staff Nurse - Surgical & Critical Care

You will provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care within a JCI-accredited teaching hospital environment, utilizing advanced medical technologies and contributing to our mission of clinical excellence and medical education.Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited international institution. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven frontline clinical experience in a high-volume surgical ward or ICU within a tertiary or teaching hospital is strictly required. A valid MOH (Sharjah) license or an active MOH Evaluation is mandatory. Strong commitment to clinical mentoring and evidence-based practice is essential.Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires significant physical and mental stamina for managing complex patient care in a high-pressure, 24/7 academic clinical environment.
