They offer a curated selection of high-end Canadian and Italian brands, white-glove delivery options, and consistently strong customer reviews. As online demand grows, they are strengthening their digital operations to enhance the customer experience.<br><br><strong>Why does this role exist?<br></strong>The company is expanding its e-commerce capabilities and needs a hands-on Shopify expert to build, update, and maintain site pages with speed and accuracy. This role exists to translate business requirements into polished, mobile-responsive pages and functional forms that align with brand standards. The hire will free up leadership bandwidth by owning day-to-day website updates and quality assurance while collaborating closely with the Digital Operations Manager.<br><br><strong>The Impact you’ll make<br><br></strong><strong>Shopify Page Creation and Management</strong><ul><li>Build new pages and product pages from scratch using Shopify’s theme editor, sections, and content tools.</li><li>Edit existing pages, update copy and media, and ensure proper formatting and consistency.</li><li>Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive and visually aligned with brand standards.<br></li></ul><strong>Form Creation and Integration (Klaviyo)</strong><ul><li>Create and update website forms (contact, event registration, pop-ups/campaign forms) using Klaviyo.</li><li>Connect, test, and troubleshoot form integrations with Shopify to ensure proper data capture.</li><li>Monitor form functionality and fix any issues impacting user experience.<br></li></ul><strong>Site Quality Assurance and Content Accuracy</strong><ul><li>Perform pre-publish reviews to ensure links, forms, and product details are accurate.</li><li>Maintain a clean structure and consistent formatting across pages.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve broken links, layout issues, and incorrect information.<br></li></ul><strong>Execution, Communication, and Ownership</strong><ul><li>Follow direction from the Digital Operations Manager and execute updates efficiently.</li><li>Provide timely progress updates and raise clarifying questions when requirements are unclear.</li><li>Manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Tooling and Process Stewardship</strong><ul><li>Leverage Shopify as the primary platform for all site work.</li><li>Use Klaviyo for form creation and optimization where applicable.</li><li>Familiarity with Odoo as a plus for smoother cross-team operations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br><br></strong><strong>Required:</strong><ul><li>Proven, hands-on expertise building and editing Shopify pages (beyond product uploads), including mobile-responsive layouts.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage website updates end-to-end with strong attention to detail and QA.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication; able to clearly articulate experience and walk through prior work in interviews.</li><li>Experience creating and integrating website forms; Klaviyo experience preferred but not required if Shopify expertise is strong.</li><li>Ability to work independently, follow direction, and manage multiple requests within deadlines.</li></ul>WFH Set-Up:<ul><li>Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.</li><li>Internet speed of at least 40MBPS</li><li>Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam</li><li>Back-up computer and internet connection</li><li>Quiet, dedicated workspace at home</li></ul><strong>Your Superpowers:</strong><ul><li>Technical: Shopify site/page building, theme editor/sections, media and content management, responsive design fundamentals, basic troubleshooting; Klaviyo forms (nice to have); familiarity with Odoo (plus).</li><li>Process and QA: Meticulous attention to detail, structured testing, and pre-publish reviews.</li><li>Communication: Proactive updates, clear clarifying questions, and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Ownership: Bias for action, reliability, and pride in clean, on-brand execution.</li></ul><strong>You should apply if...</strong><ul><li>You love hands-on building in Shopify and take pride in pixel-accurate, mobile-first pages.</li><li>You’re detail-obsessed, catch issues before they go live, and own outcomes from brief to publish.</li><li>You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and are comfortable working independently.</li><li>You can confidently discuss your past Shopify work and show relevant examples during interviews.</li></ul><strong>What to expect...<br><br><br></strong><strong>Work Setup:</strong><ul><li>Remote position</li><li>Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace</li><li>Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system</li></ul><strong>Working Hours:</strong><ul><li>40 hours per week</li><li>9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.</li></ul><strong>Compensation:</strong><ul><li>$7 per hour</li><li>No benefits package included<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br></strong>
