Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our retail sales operations for joinery and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the furniture, joinery, interior design, or fit-out industry, with proven experience managing client requirements from the contract stage through to final delivery.

This role requires a commercially driven professional with excellent client relationship skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to manage showroom performance while ensuring a high standard of service, organization, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the showroom sales function
  • Drive retail sales growth for joinery, furniture, and interior solution products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable product and design solutions
  • Handle sales opportunities from initial inquiry and contract stage through order coordination, delivery, and completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, operations, and delivery to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor sales targets, pipeline, quotations, and order status to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and professional showroom presentation at all times
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support the management team with sales planning, forecasting, and market feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales within joinery and furniture, preferably in the GCC
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Background in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing projects from contract stage through to delivery
  • Strong understanding of furniture, joinery, showroom sales, and customer engagement
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow company procedures effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and sales mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCC market experience in furniture, joinery, fit-out, or interior solutions
  • Experience working with high-value residential or commercial clients
  • Knowledge of project coordination, quotations, and sales documentation

Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
