Site Supervisor Required – Aluminium & Glass Fabrication company in Dubai with valid driving license

Position: Site Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 3 years UAE experience
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Aluminium & Glass team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily glass and aluminium installation works at project sites.
  • Manage and coordinate site workers, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, main contractors, and other trades.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed within the required schedule.
  • Check site measurements and coordinate with the factory for fabrication requirements.
  • Supervise installation of glass partitions, glass doors, shower enclosures, aluminium doors/windows, curtain wall, glass balustrades, handrails, and related works.
  • Identify and resolve site installation and technical issues.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of glass and aluminium materials.
  • Maintain good quality, safety, and housekeeping standards on site.
  • Prepare daily site reports and update management regarding progress and manpower.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Aluminium & Glass installation.
  • Strong knowledge of glass and aluminium fabrication and installation works.
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings.
  • Good knowledge of site measurements and installation procedures.
  • Strong manpower and site coordination skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
