Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system Provide information regarding visa requirements documentation eligibility and processing timelines Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service Requirements Minimum 1 2 years of experience in telecalling preferably in visa processing immigration consultancy strong Is a Plus strong Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of immigration programs visit visas work permits PR processes and documentation Ability to convince and handle clients professionally Basic computer and CRM knowledge Fluency in English additional languages are an advantage Target-oriented and self-motivated Preferred Skills Sales and negotiation skills Customer handling and follow-up expertise Multitasking and time management abilities Knowledge of UAE immigration consultancy market is preferred Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills Target-driven and self-motivated personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team management experience is a plus Job Title
