Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Steel Fabricator / Welder to join our team for immediate placement. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, cutting and shaping steel components, and performing high-quality, professional-grade welds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blueprint Reading: Read and accurately interpret technical sketches, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • Fabrication: Measure, cut, bend, and grind steel materials to exact specifications using workshop machinery.
  • Welding: Perform high-quality structural welding (MIG, TIG, and Stick/Arc) ensuring strong, clean joints.
  • Assembly: Assemble and fit steel structures both in the workshop and on-site as required.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Follow all company safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and maintain welding equipment in good working condition.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Steel Fabricator and Welder (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in MIG, TIG, and Arc/Stick welding.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to safely operate power tools (angle grinders, drills, band saws, etc.).
  • Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
