About the Role

We are an IT company looking for a motivated and hardworking Technical Support Cum Personal Assistant to join our team.

This is a combined role involving management/administrative support and technical support for customers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone with good English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, follow-ups, emails, and coordination.
  • Provide technical support for software installation, activation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and support Microsoft products, antivirus software, and other business applications.
  • Coordinate with customers to understand and resolve technical issues through phone, email, remote access, or onsite visits.
  • Support software deployment, installation, and customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate with software vendors regarding license activation, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions and meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and support reports.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure technical issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
  • Maintain proper records of customer issues, installations, licenses, and support activities.
  • Perform other administrative and IT-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Own valid UAE visa required.
  • Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Windows, and software installation.
  • Interest in IT and technical support.
