The Tele-Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students through calls, providing information about study abroad programs, answering queries, and guiding them through the application and visa process. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and supporting the consultancy team in achieving enrollment targets.QualificationsExcellent communication skills and ability to engage with prospective studentsExperience with customer service or tele-callingKnowledge of study abroad processes, including application and visa requirementsOrganizational skills to manage records and follow-upsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM softwareMultilingual skills are a plusBachelors degree in any discipline
