  • Order Management — Receive customer calls, WhatsApp orders, and inquiries; record orders accurately in the system.
  • Product Knowledge — Maintain complete understanding of bakery items, daily availability, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
  • Customer Service — Provide clear information, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Outbound Calling — Follow up with regular customers, corporate clients, and pending orders.
  • Coordination — Communicate order details to production, dispatch, and branch teams; ensure timely preparation and delivery.
  • Sales Support — Promote new items, special offers, seasonal products, and bulk order packages.
  • Record Keeping — Maintain daily call logs, order sheets, follow‑up lists, and customer databases.
