Location: London American City College (LACC), Fujairah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

London American City College (LACC), Fujairah is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telemarketer to support student admissions and enrollment activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, promoting academic programs, following up on admission enquiries, assisting the administration department, and supporting digital content creation for marketing activities.

Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, admissions, customer service, or administration will be an added advantage.
Visa Eligibility
  • Female candidates currently residing in the UAE.
  • Candidate must hold a valid Husband Visa or Father/Guardian Visa with eligibility to work in the UAE.
Language Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions and enrollment opportunities.
  • Explain college programs, admission procedures, and provide accurate information to prospective students.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with applicants.
  • Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
  • Support admission and enrollment targets.
  • Assist the Administration Department with daily office tasks and student-related activities.
  • Support documentation, filing, and maintaining student records.
  • Create and assist in preparing digital content for social media and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the admission, marketing, and academic teams.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
