Terminal Operations Manager - Port & Maritime Division

DP World, the premier global supply chain and maritime port operator, is seeking a highly resilient, operationally exceptional Terminal Operations Manager to join our flagship facilities in the UAE. You will serve as the primary operational leader for a massive port sector, responsible for orchestrating heavy-duty vessel berthing logistics, managing automated container movements (TEUs), leading a large multi-cultural workforce of marine professionals and heavy equipment operators, and ensuring absolute, uncompromising adherence to international maritime safety mandates.Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a highly related field. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven, high-performance experience in high-volume terminal management or massive marine logistics hubs within the global market is strictly required. Absolute mastery of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), automated container handling infrastructure, and rigorous HSE cost-control is mandatory. Exceptional leadership and crisis management skills are essential to manage high-pressure, 24/7 delivery targets. Fluency in English is required; operational proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is highly advantageous for effective workforce management.Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires exceptional physical stamina and psychological resilience for managing high-stress logistics out of active industrial dockyards in extreme weather conditions, and overseeing dynamic operational shifts.
